The Ross Foundation seeks to find new innovative ways to enhance the quality of local communities within Wood, Ritchie, Doddridge, Pleasants and Jackson county in West Virginia. The foundation is always looking for new opportunities and continuing its commitment to working with non-profits and government entities within their areas of interest.

Eligibility
Grants are awarded for projects consistent with one or more of The Ross Foundation’s program areas. Grants are given only to U.S. organizations that tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code or government entities. The Foundation does not provide direct support for individuals.
The Foundation does fund multiple-year projects, but for a period of no more than three years. All grants approved for more than one year are conditional and are subject to annual review and approval before funds for subsequent years are released.
